Rok Dacar is teaching assistant and a doctoral student at the Faculty of Law of the University of Maribor (Slovenia). He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia) and from the College of Europe in Bruges (Belgium). His main areas of interest are sector regulation and competition Law. He published several articles and chapters in domestic and foreign legal Journals and books.
