- New technologies in use – During this course participants will be introduced to new technologies as Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), so they will be prepare for challenges and opportunities of the future and can use new tech.
- Active Employee-Citizen- A course that prepares the participant to be an active employee-citizen on a local, national and global level. The subject of the course will concern various issues related to adopting active citizenship in everyday life, but also in the face of global challenges. It will discuss, among others: topics of bottom-up initiatives, methods of archiving and disseminating information on civic activities etc.
- Savoir-vivre of treating people with disabilities – During this course participants will gain the knowledge how to treat a people with disabilities at the workplace, but also during the normal life activities. It will raise their awareness about the needs of people with disabilities, but also enable them to be more inclusive for future.
- Leadership and Management – Course focused on acquiring basic managerial skills. The participants receive knowledge of the basic processes and contexts of management of organizations – orientation in the development of management theories, the definition of the main managerial processes (planning, organizing, HR, leadership and control) and understanding of the role of the manager in the management of organizations. Application of selected management Methods in solving various case studies in the field of management of organizations.
- Soft skills for developing entrepreneurship – Entrepreneurship education programs can provide numerous benefits to both European and African students. The course will provide tutoring to discover an individual entrepreneurship strengths, so individuals could use them as a valuable tool for achieve success. Also participants will develop a skills like: communication skills, leadership skills, creativity, emotional intelligence, adaptability and time management.
- E-democracy – The course is designed to equip participants with the tools necessary to build a civil society and promote democratic values and responsible citizenship through the use of virtual tools. Participants will learn how to effectively utilize online platforms for social participation, such as e-petitions, discussion forums, policy co-creation platforms, and data collection tools. It will also introduce them to analytical tools for monitoring public opinion and trends, enabling proactive and effective engagement in local matters. Additionally, the course will cover the use of participatory budgeting tools that allow citizens to decide how to allocate a portion of municipal or local government budgets, empowering them to have a direct impact on their communities. This will prepare participants to become active, informed, and technologically proficient citizens in the digital age.
