The seminar ‘The Future of Criminal Law’ is addressed to all those interested in the directions that European legislators may follow in the forthcoming years as far as criminal law sensu largo is concerned. Our speakers from Poland and abroad will address various issues falling within the scope of substantive, procedural and executive criminal law and will try to outline potential directions of change. The seminar is addressed to all those interested in criminal law: law students and graduates, legal practitioners and theoreticians.
