Visiting Professors – 2023/2024

Prof. Tomasso Beggio – The Faculty of Law Università di Trento (Italy)

In December 2023, we had the honour of hosting on the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin as a Visiting Professor – Prof Tomasso Beggio from the Faculty of Law of Università di Trento, Italy. As part of his visit, Prof. Beggio presented a lecture entitled “The capital punishments in ancient Rome” and an open lecture entitled “Some Remarks on Dogmatics and Historisierung in the works of Ludwig Mitteis”.

In addition, he held a seminar with students of our faculty and participated in the seminar ‘Hybrid’, hosted by Prof Pasquale Policastro.
