We invite everyone interested to join the online lecture by Dr. Jan Hruška from Masaryk University in Brno, titled “Upper Chambers as a Source of Democratic Resilience: A Lesson from Czechia”.
Dr. Jan Hruška holds a PhD from the Faculty of Social Studies at Masaryk University. His research focuses on bicameralism, electoral behavior, political institutions, and Czech politics. In his doctoral dissertation, Dr. Hruška examined the perceived role and legitimacy of the Czech Senate.
