Interview with prof. Maciej Szpunar – the Advocate General of the CJEU (April 4, 2025 )
The Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin invites you to a special online event, which will take place on April 4, 2025, at 10.00 AM (CET) on the MS Teams platform.
We are honored to welcome Prof. dr hab. Maciej Szpunar, Advocate General at the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). Professor Szpunar will deliver a short lecture, followed by an interview and a Q&A session, during which participants will have the opportunity to ask questions directly. The event will be held in English.
Prof. Maciej Szpunar is a distinguished legal scholar specializing in European Union law and private international law. Since 2013, he has served as Advocate General at the CJEU and, since 2018, as the First Advocate General. He previously represented Poland before the EU courts and held the position of Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The event is organized with the support of the Public International Law Student Research Group at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Szczecin.
