Agnieszka Bień-Kacała is an Associate Professor of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Szczecin, Poland. Her research expertise covers liberal and illiberal constitutionalism, constitutional changes, Polish, and comparative constitutional law
Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Maribor, Slovenia. He is the Holder of the prestigious Jean Monnet Module (2022-2025) with the topic: European Union Regulation of Heritage. Dr. Mensah is a specialist in International Law, Environmental and most of his papers are about sustainable development and international legal issues. He was a speaker at many international conferences and events organized by institutions such as the Royal Chatham House, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovenia, and other agencies. He is the author of the book: ‘‘International law & sustainable development in the ECOWAS sub region.’’ published in 2015, the author of more than 25 scientific articles published in different countries, and co-author of several monographs.
Dr. Mensah is a regular lecturer of the U.N (Association of Slovenia) summer school on the European Green Deal and a team- member of projects financed by the EU such as “Diversity of Enforcement Titles in Cross-Border Debt Recovery in the EU” and “Train to Enforce”.
Ph.D., Associate Professor at the Faculty of Political Science and Security Studies, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, and at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Szczecin. Diploma of the International Institute of Human Rights, Strasbourg (2004). Former Member (2015-2021) and Chair (2018-2012) of the UN Working Group of Experts on People of African Descent (special procedure of the Human Rights Council). Elected Member and Vice-Chair of the UN Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (2022-2026). Member of the International Law Association Committee on Human Rights in Times of Emergency (2017-). Enrolled in the list of ad hoc judges of the European Court of Human Rights (2018-2022). He served previously as an expert of several Council of Europe working groups. He specializes in European and international human rights law, international judiciary and the law of international organizations.
Associate Professor in Comparative Public Law at the European Law and Governance School of the European Public Law Organization (Athens, Greece) and also works as a lecturer at LUISS University of Rome and as an international professor at the New Vision University of Tblisi. Valentina Rita Scotti holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Public Law (University of Siena, Italy). In terms of her international experience, she she co-chairs the Research Group ‘Gender and Constitutions’ of International Association of Constitutional Law (IACL-AIDC). Moreover, she is a member of the Interest Group on Foreign Precedents. She is also a member of the Koç University’s Center for Gender Studies (Koç-Kam) and of the LUISS Centro Studi sul Parlamento – CESP.
Academically, he has taken 30 Guest Lectures on Comparative Constitutional Law in various universities including University of Silesia in Katowice, Faculty of Social Science, Poland, Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk, Poland, University of Santo Tomas Medellin Colombia, St. Kliment Ohridski-Bitola, North Macedonia. He is also editorial board member of Brazilian Journal of Alternative Dispute Resolution-RBADR.

As a supervisor for Ph.D. candidates at the University of Economic Studies in Bucharest, she contributes significantly to the advancement of legal scholarship in areas such as Constitutional Law and Political Institutions. Her extensive experience includes serving as an arbitrator at the Court of International Commercial Arbitration and as a first assistant magistrate at the Constitutional Court of Romania. Additionally, Marieta has held notable roles in government, including Secretary of State at the Ministry of Justice, where she oversaw various directorates and agencies related to European Affairs, Human Rights, and Crime Prevention. Furthermore, she has made significant contributions to legal publications and is actively involved in international legal associations, demonstrating her commitment to advancing legal research and scholarship in areas such as Comparative Public Law, Human Rights, and EU Law.
Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, Manipal University Jaipur. She is currently heading the Department of Law. She holds a Ph.D. and LL.M. in International Law from the University of Rajasthan, India.
With over a decade of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration, Dr Agarwal has established herself as a leading authority in the field of International Law. Her research interests also include Cyber Law, Constitutional Laws, and Procedure Laws. She has authored several articles, book chapters, and edited volumes on these subjects, which have been published in national and international journals of repute. She is currently supervising 05 doctoral scholars.
Lecturer and Affiliated Assistant in Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University in Tibilisi, Georgia. Her main field of interest is Human Rights and Antidiscrimination Law. She also leads the Antidiscriminational Law Center and Tsisia is currently working towards completing her Ph.D. at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University.
