    Snehasis De is a legal scholar and advocate from Kolkata, India. He holds a B.A. LL.B. from the University of Calcutta, Department of Law, and is currently pursuing an LL.M. with a specialization in Constitutional and Administrative Law at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Lavasa. With prior experience in litigation at the District Court and the Calcutta High Court, Snehasis brings practical insights into the legal profession. His academic interests lie in constitutional governance, judicial analysis, and administrative frameworks. Beyond academics and practice, he is an active Rotarian of the Rotaract Club of Calcutta, contributing to legal awareness and social service initiatives. His diverse experiences make him a compelling speaker on legal research, constitutional law, and public policy.

    This lecture is an accompanying event of the National Scientific Conference “Legal and Political Aspects of Civil Partnerships in Poland”, held on the same day in Szczecin.
